Find AI engineers by what they build
To find AI engineers, look at what they build rather than what they call themselves. On Caldera you can search People by tags worked out from public repos (like AI agents or LLM apps), open each person's GitHub city and AI usage, and post an "I need..." on the Feed that goes straight to members who match.

Three ways to search
- People: open caldera.social/people and search a tag such as AI agents, RAG or MCP.
- Feed: post "I need someone who..." on the Feed; Caldera sends it to members whose tags match.
- World: browse everyone's cities on the World map and open the ones that look busy.
What to look at
- Repos and commits this year in their city and Code section.
- Which projects are active this week (lit windows, cranes).
- AI usage by model, for members who show it.
- Their posts and recommendations on the profile's activity card.
