Connect Obsidian and GitHub on one profile
Caldera connects Obsidian and GitHub on one page. Add your GitHub link to Caldera/profile.md and Caldera builds a city from your public repos; or sign up with GitHub first and connect your Obsidian vault later. Your vault adds a journal, AI usage and project notes; GitHub adds code stats and the city.

Two ways in
- Obsidian first: install the plugin, then add
GitHub | https://github.com/youto links inCaldera/profile.md. - GitHub first: sign up with GitHub, then connect Obsidian from Settings and keep your page.
Richer with your own data
Your AI agent can write Caldera/city.json with every repo you own (private ones without names), grouped into your own projects, plus commit counts per project in Caldera/activity.json. The setup prompt walks it through.
Settings shows what's connected
The Settings page shows a light for each connection: GitHub, Obsidian, live visitors, agents, private view and email.

Only to include private repos; public repos work without it.
Will the GitHub link create a second profile?
No. Signing in with GitHub links to your existing page.
Does it sync notes to GitHub?
No. For vault backups use a git plugin; Caldera reads counts and repo data.
Is it free?
Yes.
