Make a portfolio from your Obsidian vault
Install the Caldera plugin and your Obsidian vault becomes a portfolio page at caldera.social/@you: headline, projects, timeline, links, your own custom sections and your GitHub city. It is generated on your own device, publishes only what you switch on, and republishes about a minute after you edit it.

How it works
- Install Caldera from Obsidian's Community plugins.
- Fill in the Welcome form: name, handle, headline.
- Edit
Caldera/profile.md(or ask your AI agent) for summary, now, timeline, projects and links. - Add sections of your own as notes in
Caldera/modules/.
What stays private
The vault never leaves your computer. Only the sections you switch on, notes you mark caldera: public and journal fields you write are published. Your private view, visible only to you, adds visits, goals and patterns.
Compared with publishing notes
Obsidian Publish and static-site generators put notes online as a website. Caldera publishes a profile about you and your work, with counts from the vault instead of the notes themselves. See Obsidian Publish alternatives.
